We are so excited to be ministering again this year at the largest Vietnam Veteran reunion in the country!
You can be a part of the blessing by volunteering or giving toward this project.

Wednesday, September 17th, we will cook free hotdogs and hamburgers all day.
You can volunteer for any length of time (one hour, half day, all day etc).
Your opportunities will be: set up, food preparation, or one on one fellowship/listening (this opens many doors for sharing the Good News)

Thursday, September 18th through Saturday, September 20th, we are accepting volunteers to work directly with the Veteran’s event staff by committing to either grounds/trash duty or security. This may not sound too glamorous, but we have found it is a huge blessing to the Veterans for various reasons: first, it frees Veterans (who normally do those jobs) to enjoy the event, and both areas of service provide wonderful opportunities to chat with attendees- and chatting is what this event is all about! The opportunity to listen to someone’s story, tell them how much they are appreciated and show them love, all in the name of Jesus, is really like no other!
There really isn’t a way to explain how fun this opportunity can be- you just have to experience it! If you are an extroverted person, you’ll enjoy the chance for nearly constant conversation. If you’re a bit more shy, you can come and help quietly (perhaps wearing a Christian T-shirt) and be a witness just by your generous service. As with Wednesday, you can volunteer for any length of time or number of days. There will also be a “home base” camp where our outreach trailer will be set up so that you can go to rest in between shifts should you choose to work all day.

E-mail us at TGM12345@aol.com or call 765-675-1859 to volunteer. We’ll be accepting volunteers until September 10th!
